myVinotype is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its web site. The information we collect is used to understand your communication preferences, your interest in wine and, in particular, your interest in our wines. We value your privacy and take necessary precautions to protect it.
The Site is maintained strictly for individuals who are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages under applicable law. As a result, we do not request or knowingly collect personal information from individuals under legal drinking age. If you are not of legal drinking age, you should not access the Site.
Types of Information Collected
When you subscribe to myVinotype communication, we ask you to provide your email address, first and last name, state, email subscription status, email format preference and the types of communication you are interested in. We may also request your postal address and responses to survey questions, however this data is optional.
You can opt-out of our communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting our Customer Service department at [email protected]
Most web browsers allow you to restrict cookies or warn you of their use through custom privacy settings.
